Rolfe Haas

Director

Rolfe Haas transitioned from investment banking and industrial real estate in New Jersey to join Besen Partners in February 2012. He began his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis in Iselin, NJ in 2003 and moved on to industrial leasing at Keystone Property Trust (which was sold to ProLogis in 2004) and then corporate services at NAI/James E. Hanson in New Jersey.

 

Haas’ financial background also includes experience as an equity research analyst at Oppenheimer and Lehman Brothers, trading on the NYSE trading floor and as a proprietary trader, and financial editing at Morgan Stanley and Investment Capital Ukraine.

 

His deals include a 5-building assemblage in the Upper East Side which traded for $111M, a 2-building package for $9.2M in the Upper East Side, a $9M loft building in Chelsea, a $6M commercial coop in Greenwich Village, and a $7.3M building in the Upper East Side.

 

Haas graduated from Princeton University with an AB in 1991.
